1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of skyvaultbox.com. SkyVault is currently in pre-launch. The website presents the SkyVault limited-edition aviation collectibles project and allows visitors to join collector early access.

These terms are website terms of use. They are not final consumer sales terms for product purchases. Before SkyVault starts selling limited-edition collector boxes, separate and complete consumer terms of sale should be published.

2. Website Access

You may access the website for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use. You must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that affects its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Waitlist, Preferences, and Communications

By submitting your email address through a collector access form or selecting the newsletter option, you agree that SkyVault may send launch updates, edition previews, countdowns, and related communications. By sending collector preferences, you agree that SkyVault may use that information to understand collector interest and shape future limited editions. Joining collector access or sending preferences does not create an obligation to buy, does not guarantee product availability, and does not reserve an edition unless SkyVault expressly confirms otherwise.

4. Product Information

Any product descriptions, edition themes, planned quantities, launch timelines, shipping statements, or early-access offers shown on the website are indicative while SkyVault is in development. Final product contents, prices, taxes, shipping terms, edition quantities, and availability may change before launch.

5. Intellectual Property

The SkyVault name, logo, visual identity, website design, text, images, and other content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the website without prior written permission, except where allowed by law.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services for hosting, forms, fonts, email, analytics, payment, or other technical operations. SkyVault is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

9. Consumer Sales Terms to Add Before Launch

Before accepting payments or orders for limited-edition collector boxes, SkyVault should publish complete consumer sales terms covering at least:

• Legal identity of the seller and customer service contact details.
• Essential characteristics of each limited edition, including whether any authentic aircraft components are included.
• Prices including taxes, shipping costs, edition quantities, and payment methods.
• Step-by-step order process, order confirmation, payment security, and correction of order errors before payment.
• Delivery territories, delivery times, and shipping terms.
• Availability rules for limited quantities, waitlists, early-access windows, and whether editions may sell out.
• Right of withdrawal, return process, return costs, and legal exceptions.
• Legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects warranty.
• Rules for damaged parcels, missing items, certificates, and replacement or refund procedures.
• Complaint handling and consumer mediation.

10. Governing Law

These website terms are governed by French law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
